With the Mendeor Institute project, we frame the role of managers in a team. When to be a support for a colleague, but when does the responsibility exceed the capabilities of the team leader. Where does the role of the manager end and the need for professional intervention begin? We help define the boundaries of responsibility and show how to be a support for the team without the manager burning out himself.

The academy includes 24 topics divided into 12x2 modules, which take approximately 24 weeks to complete (1 topic/week). The topics cover a wide range of areas, from basic ones such as stress management and the role of team leader, to advanced ones such as crisis communication, conflict resolution and promoting mental health in the team.

Who created the content and methodology of the Academy?

The Academy's content and methodology are based on scientific findings and prepared by experts in the fields of neuroscience, psychology and coaching. The Academy team includes experienced professionals, including the Soulmio team, neuroscientists, psychologists, addiction specialists and learning design experts.

What will the user get when they complete the Academy?

Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a certificate valid for one year. The program includes a final knowledge and skills test. Annual re-certification is required to maintain certification. After completing the Academy, participants can use AI Buddy to continuously practice the skills they have learned in practice.
