Our vision is grounded in over five years of experience working inside organizations, where we increasingly observe a common pattern. Team leaders and managers often lack the space to fully focus on leadership and strategy.

The goal of the Mendeor Institute is to use artificial intelligence and microlearning to bring innovative and functional training to team leaders and managers.
What will a team leader learn in the Academy?
With the Mendeor Institute project, we frame the role of managers in a team. When to be a support for a colleague, but when does the responsibility exceed the capabilities of the team leader. Where does the role of the manager end and the need for professional intervention begin? We help define the boundaries of responsibility and show how to be a support for the team without the manager burning out himself.
Early recognition of excessive stress and how to address the symptoms
Leaders learn to recognize warning signs early on, such as changes in behavior, mood swings, irritability, or fatigue.
Preventing burnout by monitoring team wellbeing
They will gain the skills to monitor long-term trends such as decreased motivation, cynicism, or loss of meaning in work. They will learn to have conversations that help prevent burnout.
Identifying signs of anxiety and depression
They will understand how anxiety manifests itself in the workplace, such as procrastination, excessive self-criticism, or reduced performance. They will learn how to safely broach the subject.
