It uses professional e-learning and AI simulations of real-life situations to train in a safe environment. The goal is to equip leaders with the skills needed to support the mental health of their teams while maintaining their own wellbeing.

The academy addresses key issues facing team leaders and their teams in today's complex world. Key topics include recognizing and preventing burnout, anxiety, and depression in team members, managing stress and overload, creating psychological safety, strengthening team resilience, and improving productivity through mental health support.

The platform uses artificial intelligence (AI) to simulate real-world work situations. Through AI Role Play and AI Buddy, users can safely practice their skills and apply the knowledge they have learned in a realistic environment. This allows for a more effective transformation of theoretical knowledge into practical skills.

The academy is designed for a wide range of target groups. It primarily focuses on team leaders and managers, for whom a mandatory program in companies is designed. However, in the future, it will also offer certification programs for employees and B2C clients who can participate voluntarily, and for coaches and therapists who want to gain specialized knowledge for working in a corporate environment.

The academy includes 24 topics divided into 12x2 modules, which take approximately 24 weeks to complete (1 topic/week). The topics cover a wide range of areas, from basic ones such as stress management and the role of team leader, to advanced ones such as crisis communication, conflict resolution and promoting mental health in the team.

The Academy's content and methodology are based on scientific findings and prepared by experts in the fields of neuroscience, psychology and coaching. The Academy team includes experienced professionals, including the Soulmio team, neuroscientists, psychologists, addiction specialists and learning design experts.

Participants who successfully complete the program will receive a certificate valid for one year. The program includes a final knowledge and skills test. Annual re-certification is required to maintain certification. After completing the Academy, participants can use AI Buddy to continuously practice the skills they have learned in practice.
